Frowning.

Wallace

She smiled at me.

I smiled back at her.

We stood there smiling.

Just smiling no talking.

Two hours later at each other we were still smiling.

Smiling no talking.

Two days later we were still smiling.

No talking, smiling.

Smiling.

A week later still smiling.

No talking.

Two weeks later yes i think you know, at each other still smiling.

Then heavy rain came pouring down.

And on our faces came a frown.

No more smiling.

At each other frowning.

We turned away from each other and parted company.

On our faces a frown.

The heavy rain was getting us down.

No more smiling.

Now both of us frowning.

Frowning.

great ! i am agreeing with martina here, i love the repetition of these words here. what made them frown? was it the rain , it sounds like it was and maybe their happiness faded and they became miserable , i guess their happiness did not last very long then
