My mind....

My mind is telling me to cry
My mind is telling me to apologize
My mind is telling me to leave well enough alone
My mind is scattered
My feelings are everywhere
My emotions are running and running in a never ending maze
There’s no escape
My mind is telling me to be sad
My mind is telling me I’m not fine
My mind is telling me your my favorite person
My mind is telling me I’m confused
My mind is broken
Every tear that I shed I cannot tell you why they are falling from my eyes
My mind is not my own right now it’s trapped inside a place where I keep my dark thoughts..... and I end here
