"PASSIONATELY"

Andrew Guzaldo

“Where have you gone,
Are you just a figment of,
My imagination or were,
You something,

That has been intertwined,
Into the pours of my body,
Into my heart and soul,
Will you come back?

To replenish the pain that,
Is Within me come back,
Into my life as though,
You have never left for,

The thought of you leaves me
In such pain,
I wish you we had never parted,
At times I can smell the fragrance

Of your skin,
After you've bathed and enter into
Where we rest our heads,
As we snuggle close together,

In our warm inner linings of rest,
In our moments of ecstasy,
The moments of the love,
That we shared PASSIONATELY!”

Your poem really gets across the loss, the memories, the emotions of a lost love. Well written!

hmmm.... your words left me thinking of that wonderful feeling of waking from a dream of falling in love. A reality more perfect than reality itself.
Your writing is really intense and enjoyable.
