Goodnight Moon, Goodnight RK

Lorna

You were very big

And beside you I felt small

I liked that

Your hugs were huge,

Enveloping

I liked that.

"Let's look at that old moon"

You said

So long ago

Now you are dead.

Yet

The moon is still here

To remind me

Throwing its yellow light

On the spot

Where you would have been.
