Being honest

Dakota

A year later and she regrets it.

He used to care so much now she feels neglected.

Last day they talked he said this my name you going to respect it.

But honestly she knew who he was.

Loved messing with his head  just because.

He looks back at it now and it worked out for the best.

Nothing good came from us nothing but stress..

She still hides shit behind his back, 2 cents for a thot get it off your chest.

In his mind it's this.

I'm fucking pissed and the truth is

I don't need you, ya I don't need you.

Every time we have a conversation I don't believe you.

One last time for good bye and good luck.

Look deep in my eyes see if I give a fuck.

Relationships have been, are, and will be difficult sometimes. You expressed it well, Dakota. The last two lines are very telling!
