A Single Spark

pots-and-pans

A single spark
Is all you need
To set the woods
Ablaze
A single touch
And you can read
The expression
On a familiar face

A single kiss,
Once led to bliss.
A simple sentence spoken
Mended a heart once broken
A long , warm embrace,
That look on your face.
Let’s stay here always.
In our hearts secret place.

A single voice to reach tomorrow
Incite action to end all sorrow
Scything down the remnants of silence
Order blooming from shattered dissonance

A single prayer,
Perhaps unspoken.
A single hand, to mend the broken.
A single wish, for all humanity
To erase the lines that devide.
To finally end, this selfish insanity.
