The Monster

Kae

I will admire you, praise you.
Brighten your life and ensnare you.

I will adore you, cherish you.
Take your hand and seclude you.

I will comfort you, encourage you.
Blur the lines and confuse you.

I will guide you, assist you.
Stand in your way and deny you.

I will use you, accuse you.
Build you up then desecrate you.

And all this is done by someone who claims to love the thing you are.
I think youve expressed this situation very clearly.

You're totally right there. It's so draining.

      I’ve encountered my own monster
      Actually two.
Somehow I draw in the creeps.

I'm sorry that you've encountered them too.
I seem to draw them in as well.
