Lost
I am lost
Struggling and failing
Frantically flailing
Fighting for each gasp
Not wanting it to be my last
Pain is seeping in and I must admit
Overwhelming is this life’s conflict
Broken, my heart and the will to endure
Shattered, my soul is for sure
Convulsing, stabbing in my eyes as they fill
Warm, the tears as they begin to spill
Now I feel my limbs start to go limp
With each thrash and each kick
Slowly they burn and I feel their weight
Longer between each breath I take
Straining now as life’s waves go by
Now the surface seems so high
Further I fall into the darkness
Writhing into a painless bless
Slowly I begin to fade
Now no move is made
I am lost

This is so painful, yet I can express the same feeling. Beautiful words don't deserve such pain. Be strong, we only get one life! don't give up!
