For you my dear,
I saw it all so clear,
I saw my future,
And you were still here.
My dream you see,
was to have that joy,
To walk down an aisle,
And to one day have a family.
But for you my love,
I've agreed to give it up,
You've told me it wont happen,
No marriage and No kids,
But that's okay my dear,
I don't really care,
I just want you in my life,
even if that means giving up.
We wont ever wed,
Or bare our own children,
Or come home to a spouse.
For it's simply a boyfriend girlfriend relationship.
I'm sorry my dear,
For I just want love,
I want you to hold me tight,
I want you to tell me its alright.
One day I'll stop crying,
Because I'll finally see,
That maybe you're right,
A family isn't right for me.
I'll see my true colours,
With no children in sight,
With no husband to be here,
And tell me it's alright.
But baby don't worry,
I wont say a thing,
I'll keep quiet,
And slowly disappear.
I won't have a family,
Or someone who always cares,
Because my dream of being a mother,
Will no longer be there.
I've given up on my dream,
So you can keep yours,
So you can be happy,
So you'll still be there.

Nice read !
It’s really not my place, but I’m saying it anyway.
You should never have to let go of your dreams for some one who, truly loves you, would never want such a thing.
The one exception, is if you have children. Then sometimes, you have to put your own dreams aside for a while. But still, not let go of them! 🙂
let your dreams be your reality my dear!❤️ your words are sad but very lovely ✨
