Behind and Between.
Through the thinnest of veils there exists
worlds behind and between.
Mind-tides of seeming reality, semblance
of things intentionally pale.
What is seen as experience or its effects
gells well with lateral senses.
Not dreams but live essences divined as
surreal appear half-earthly.
Creature-less air holding
shape shifter faces
bides in every known mold
as spectres shadily
take up half-ghostly forms
disturbing the bold.
Un-voiced speech conveys
primal harmony set
on dim dimensional planes
while awareness of self
as felt-power reverberates
together with presence
of much non-visible beauty
in many guises before
well-morphed love assumes
moves in configuration.
to enframe the almost-seen
for edificational help
in coping with near disbelief.
To those who use viewing beyond things
as given truth will reason that if
to receive, unafraid, spirit aid toward
infinity, must see the reward
through thinnest of veils between earth
and existence of other worlds.

Morning Fay (your p.m.) - I spend half my days in the nether world you have described so perfectly.... and I am so content there! And dreams!! What wonderful images.......
Yes - same here Lorna - - dreaming behind and between lines is what I do too. Thanks for the comment dear friend.
Simply wonderful Fay, with so many vivid images.
Michael 🙂
I tried to get those images vivid and pleased you enjoyed the read Michael.
A sentiment I feel strongly about so beautifully articulated - as usual Fay!
Your comment honours my efforts Trystan - thank you so much -- greatly appreciated.
Beautiful write my dear Fay!
The last six lines sum it all
up for me! Meaningful and
comforting!
~Laura~
Laura - I am delighted that those final six lines you could relate to - they were the crux of the write in my mind. Thank you dear friend for the warm comment.
Wonderful write
Glad you feel that way about a rather tricky subject dear Tony -- thanks a load for the comment.
Welcome
Good write Fay.
Meanwhile -
'I wandered lonely as a cloud
Meditating on dreams
But bit difficult
With only me two brain cells'.Doh!
Erm, this does not have quite the same ring as your poem! lol.
Yes meditating on dreams is so rewarding dear Orchi. Glad you like the write.
A thin veil it is, indeed! This poem is both beautifully constructed and visionary. Exquisitely penned, Fay! Packed with truths not known to many. Kudos!
Ah - I agree Louis that not too many know the truths about what can be achieved by looking slant-eyed at happenings and between the obvious to see what lies behind. Thin veils indeed and one day who knows what they will reveal. Thank you a load for your perceptive comment.
