Hungry Heart

Clark

your absence eats away at my heart

while you eat away at her lips

i'm screaming i love you but your ears are plugged

because now you only hear her voice as she tells you her

dreams and nightmares

i am sobbing in my car tearing my hair out

while you look at her while she sings and you smile

i smoke my blunt because everyday i remember

the words you said before you left

"she makes me feel high.. you make me want to go and get high."

so i smoke all the way to the sky

to change for you

you're not even here yet

your memory eats away at my heart

-i can't breathe
