The thunderous storm quells
as the beast stands to his feet
mounting his steed with flames
in his eyes seeks vengeance
in the field of screams
He has returned from the void
on a streak of forked lightening
conjured by disdain consumed
by death and pain this ivory
tower holds the echoes of his
birth cries but he still holds
secrets and names
in this night that lasts forever
repeating itself in time
the storm of madness continues
with little known reasons or rhyme
his birth was a monstrous cruelty
it was at that moment he was chosen
by all the devils of hell
who tortured and made frozen
his young heart under a spell
to take to his grave to yearn to save
lost to him all the secrets and names

Welcome
Ziggy and Cat,
Well done!
I Truly enjoyed this part 2 co-write! Totally engaging! The imagery this co-write conjures up is astounding! Would love to see a part 3. Is there a possibility?
