Are you listening?

b-LAH-que

Are you listening?  I'm venting

And with my imagination,

I'm inventing a glistening new way

to pursue my intentions

Are you hearing?  I'm shouting

And out in the clearing

Are nearly a thousand known names

who're claiming their toutings

Do you see me?  I'm waving

And maybe I'm dreaming,

But seem to be saying but nothing

Amongst others' screaming

Do you know me?  I'm lonely

And maybe it's just me

But lust seems to come so unjustly

for what's pretty only

And I'm ugly, so don't be

My soul's weak and hungry for honesty

To honor it leaves me and it only
