What is it like to be shattered?
It feels you are
Breaking,
Breaking into small pieces
You feel like
the world is crumbling beneath your very own feet
You feel like
You’re torn
You’re unloved
You’re worthless
And not good enough for anything
Why am I shattered?
Because My heart was torn
I’m shattered,
Broken,
Alone,
And no one will ever know
Because on the outside
I’m fine
But otherwise
I have died
