Numb in the bewildered hollows

Guglani29

Living perturbed in the shadowy path
Depressed and burdened of the satan's wrath
Jolted with the horrors of darkness
I lied numb in the bewildered hollowness

The strength of my heart had sunk to the utmost depth
There was utter grief within my every breath
Solitude and loneliness had parasited my brain
There was no life rising within me again

Day and night were all the same
Cold , heat to me held the same name
I felt no hunger , no thirst , no force
Only dampening pain and crucifying remorse

There was no happiness, there was no afloat ingredients ashore
Devastating was the tragedy, I was shattered to the core
I had lost the will to live, or feel the air
Talk to someone or the smile to wear

Her death to me was unacceptable
The life devoid her was unimaginable
Each breath I took looked meaningless
Everything I saw felt lifeless

Only if I had the means to reunite our souls
This is the only desire, now my heart withholds
I would happily give away my mortal life
To stay in eternity with my beloved wife.
