Although I knew this week would go fast
I'm never ready for the ship to depart
Words and emotions will never tell enough
To wake every morning for a smile and hug
I try so hard to keep it with me everyday
This love you supply in your own special ways
Now I see why one can't just walk away when you leave
As I stand and watch wishing it never had to be
This is the path that life gave to me
Trying to learn what you know already.

Thank you, it's was felt and acknowledged now I'm slowly returning to balance (I think)
They say happiness is fleeting, but so is misery. I know you can push past whatever's in your way my friend, wonderful write!
