Broken bond

Daniel.M

He met her and formed a bond

They laughed and played

he smiled and loved

she giggled and cared

They played a game for two with only one control

They talked a lot and hoped together

for a better life where they can be together

They thought of kisses and hugs

of naps and picnics

But the lives they led

showed their thoughts as mere dreams

She left for some time

he found the reason why

She lied of her life

yet he still loved her

He hurt his mind

She hurt his heart

He thought of nothing but her

but continued life

He blames no one but fate

but welcomes the fate with open arms

he hopes that their broken bond

is not too late to mend

He lives his day and cries his nights

for the one he loved he lost

but keeps her in his heart .
