In Between

Noveyre

Sleeping in the day, day dream-

and leave the night to thinking

I am wandering in winks

asleep although in blinks.

I am vanishing to visions, submitting to delusions

the brand that my own mind brews

dreamt up for me to drink.

I am overcome by illusions, done in by my dreams

sleeping in the day and leaving night to think

never here or there it seems, but firmly in between.
