The Eyes You Stole

Clark

you would think after two months of you being away i would be okay. but this afternoon i cried on the way to work. music was playing but it wasn't like it was slow emotional deep music. it was radio music. pretty sure it was "motorsport" and i jam to that song. i freaking jam. but today i went to look at my eyes in the rear view mirror. i just remembered laughing with you in the car and when the memory broke and i returned to reality, i fell apart. my eyes had the adventure stolen from them. what was once passion and pure bliss is now glassy eyes filled with heartache. i saw a picture of you kissing her cheek.
