My Chocolate Fix

 

I eat my chocolate sweets

Regularly I must say

They give me a little fix

That I enjoy every day  

 

There’s nothing like some cookies

To help me move along

And when I’m enjoying them

I want to sing a song

 

I eat more than I should

And drink a glass of milk

If I could dance I would

With my belly filled

 

Chocolate is my love

With my craving deep

And I have some every day

With a high while I eat

 

Nothing tastes so good

As German chocolate cake

And that is understood

All the hours I’m awake

    A fine write wc. We've still some choccie biscuits from Christmas, not eaten yet. I'm not that fussy about chocolate these days, and I never really started on plain chocolate anyway!

        chocolate can definately put you on a bit of a high but too much is bad for you ! high cocoa dark chocolate is known to be better for you because there is less SUGAR in it , and apparently a little bit is also good for the heart ! german chocolate cake sounds nice tho never been one to try that one ! my sister made a honey and chocolate cake the other day , made with honey , and very nice it was too ! why not have a chocolate cake with honey in it as its much healthier then eating a cake loaded with all that granulated sugar ! a great piece of writing here which i enjoyed.. everybody needs a lift sometimes! 🙂

          And I've said it before and I'll say it again - when they tell me I have a terminal illness I will eat nothing but chocolate till I die!!!! Eat hearty wc........
