A New Stage

I've known for so long
That my life would be so lone
I've fought for more as much as I could
But I'm much to different
To connect with someone on such a level
I make friends all around
Though its not long
Before they go
Leaving me wondering where my act failed
Im ready for intermission but it won't come
I can't seem to remember any lines
That shouldn't be crossed
My mind runs as I try to hard
Try to be like all the rest
But I just ruin everything you saw
As I try to push for more
I sit here wondering if this breath could be the last
So I can walk off stage
And begin anew as someone else
