The Unanswered Ideal

Ecelis20

I am fraught with unanswered ideals,

A wound I alone cannot heal,

Dreams that I can't feel.

I'd try to see it different,

But my emotions remain prevalent,

And the scars don't show the innocence.

Try to do it all over again,

Start anew in hue of a blue sky.

Only to see the grey hale of rain,

Hiding the face as I cry.
