Fiery Light

tedious

Fiery Light

A flickering glow
What a blow
As the light begins to fade
The wax waning away
Burning passion
A whispering smoke
Perhaps a saviour
Or a curdled choke
Once a fire
Once a light
Now it's nothing more than
Diminished candle light
