His Precious Gift

 

Of all the gifts I’ve been given

There is a most precious one

It is the sacrifice of one living

His life as a perfect son

 

I sometimes fail to believe

He lived life as a man

But He always accepts sinful me

When I return to Him again

 

There is such a sense of peace

When He is in my life

He always provides for my needs

And lives as one beside

 

He gives me good direction

As a model of what to do

And accepts when I fail

To be a perfect person too

 

I am so thankful for His love

And His concern for me

He provides for me His saving grace

And I pray He’ll never leave
