rmc

I am simply a shield

a fad that is wasting away.

as the sun goes day by day

I wait in the lonesome shallows of my deepest pit.

No one knows of the monsters awaiting inside this mask.

And as soon as the moon creeps through the night,

I know they are coming out fast.
