I’ve been played by love
By giving a boy my all
I’ve been played by love
He used it to make me feel small
I’ve been played by love
From the one who high fived my harasser
To the one who thought he was my master
I’ve been played by love
And I used to ask myself why
But then I realized
It lead me to to my perfect guy
Dark hair with dazzling grey eyes
His warm smile took me by surprise
I won’t be played by love
No
Not this time

Loveeeee it! That part about thinking he the master(snap snap)!!
Thank youu
Inspirational!
Means a lot
I think this is great, but I also think that it's us that play love rather than the other way round.
I have been played my love once upon a time. I grew wiser and was never played again. Excellent piece.
Thank you so much
