What to pick

Drowninginkalopsia

I have no desire to breathe

In this humid, toxic air anymore

I'm not heaving to survive another

Day without your grace

It envelopes me to stay

Within the grasps of having

Too much or too little

Oxygen pumping through

My lifeless veins

I feel nothing

Or I feel something

Which is here to stay

I'm tired of trying,

Trying hard to be

Something I'm not.

Having to choose between

A life with breath

Or a life of death.

A life with breath! Sometimes lonelier but in the end you at least have yourself!
