You could have saved me,
you could have been here.
Your absence failed to block my fall,
all you've caused is pain and fear.
Where have you been?
I never see you around.
There's no more affection,
you don't even make a sound.
Speaking seems so limited,
the privileges are long gone.
I keep on trying,
why am I still hanging on?
You're now like a bar of soap,
you tend to slip away.
I can feel the bond breaking,
nothing is feeling okay.
I am hurt,
got a lot to say.
If only you would try,
we could go a different way. I should've known,
was so stupid to trust.
I really did love you,
my heart's going to rust.

I felt every single line, so raw with emotion can completely relate. Beautifully written.
