As If They Cry.

kevin browne

I'm gonna take a holiday
I'm gonna walk the streets of Bombay
Met me a girl, she came with colour
Although she had a fella
We drank some cocktails
Is this life full of fairy-tales?

The story goes a while longer
Keeps breeding for some hunger
Struck lucky with a lot of love
We could never love enough
Stood at the top of Giza in Egypt
Saw the world and everything in it

There we stayed until dawn parts
Took our love and shared our hearts
Her eyes are the darkest ever
lined with thick black mascara
She walked like an Egyptian
I felt like exploring.

Heading on to near Nepal
We kissed under waterfalls
There were mountains up so high
They stream their rivers as if they cry
Let's just get the journey going
The pace is good never slowing.

Somewhere somehow sometimes
Things just turn out real fine
We drank champagne and danced
It soon turned in to romance
Away together in Gibralter
It was there we conceived our daughter

We named her baby Bhagyashree
I loved them and they both loved me
We settled down up lovers lane
We kissed and cuddled all the same
Loved are our lives fair play
Deep in our hearts all the way.
