daddy held me close
said that everything he did was to protect me
daddy always said the prettiest things
momma didn't like me
she said i took daddy away from her
momma did bad things
she said not to tell daddy
maybe that is why im in heaven
momma seems happy with daddy
i miss daddy
he made me feel safe
he took good care of me
i was his little girl
the pain washes over once in a while
sometimes id with it would go away
i wish i was with daddy
i miss you daddy
