Memo To The Media

case715

In between commercials and situational comedies

Are a number of unspeakable tragedies

Media personnel sprint in rushed frenzies

When a new crowd enters, another one leaves

Provided by newspapers, radio and television

While all are presented with sharp precision

Other subjects involves sports, weather and politics

Stating the consistency of cruel government tricks

Most include slow budgets with a President

Which equal to time and money poorly spent

Struggling businesses are easily targeted

Focus on the current task at hand instead

All to earn a hard buck and then get fed

The impressive skill of TelePrompTers behind read

An obligation to the consumer is required

Otherwise we channel surf then grow tired

Memo to the media: Report it. Do not expose

No need to strut. Try not to strike a pose.

Mistakes are rare. Take the highs with the lows

We remain on unstable ground. And so it shows
