Walls

ForeverJesus7

All throughout history,
walls have stood.
Some were bad,
and some were good.
In the first battle Israel fought in,
The walls of Jericho came down.
By faith and the sound of their horns,
The walls crumbled to the ground.
Let's not forget,
The great wall of China.
For thousands of years,
it stands to this day.
It is the only man made structure,
that can be seen from space.
Still, remember in 1961,
when the Berlin wall had just come up.
It was a cold war with a cold wall,
That literally divided us up.
Yet twenty-eight years later,
the cement turned to dust,
as remnants began to disappear,
and the metal started to rust.
I must say though,
that I am not finished yet.
There is also the wall on the Gaza strip.
Some will agree with it,
and some not at all.
Best friends can argue,
and become enemies,
just because of a wall.
Some people put up walls,
to protect their heart,
when all it's really doing,
is tearing them apart.

Walls are built, divided by the people who are grateful and loved by one another. The wicked is evil and division is their fuel. The holy feel this cruel way of that god is the truth, and the way you should seek. The dark souls day is blackened by sin as they try an peek for ways to be more powerful.
