He was sent from heaven
to be born of a Virgin
to bring a message
that was his purpose
He separated darkness from light
Demonstrating the love of God
As He lived a sinless life
Becoming the lamb of God
It was prophesied
In the Old Testament
That He will be crucified
For our sins and debt
He foretold
That on the 3rd day
Back to life He rose
Death has now faded away
That’s our Christ the Lord.
