A LIMIT

Yasu Na

We sometimes think

There is a limit to feelings

Of human beings.

 

While life is full of variety,

Feelings repeat themselves.

 

Since we want in vain

To get new feelings,

Various byways

Have attraction for us.

 

Our bodies will disappear

Soon,

But feelings will be able to remain

In our hearts.

Because both our bodies and feelings

Have a limit.
