Queer thoughts

Xochitl

Confessed love of your past

For that sweet girl you called best friend

But as I waited at last

You loved me the most in the end

In and whirl of emotions

The pain of sexuality

Your tears a healing potion

The day supreme courts gave you validity

I felt nothing but a joyous emotion

Your success mine as well

Not simply through sympathy

I had come to realize myself
