Star-Studded Skin

Lee Renard Caspian

Would you carve through Constellations?

Slicing black into the cosmic tissues

Burning through patches of pink sun beams

And cutting open the black hole moles.

Would you tear through Galaxies?

Ripping apart the freckled flesh sky

Streaking red comets across milky way canvas

Etching time rift scars into star-studded skin.

I would most certainly tear through galaxies given the chance.
