Mystery

Bluecomet

The mysterious ways of God

His wonders He'll perform

He'll place His feet upon the water

And He'll ride upon the storm

A deep and unfathomable mind

Never failing at His skill

With His knowledge and design

He'll accomplish His sovereign will

His saints all with courage

Will conquer darkness and dread

With His mercy these He'll break

Pour blessings upon your head

Judge not the Lord

But trust Him for His grace

You look but cannot see Him

Cause He hides His smiling face

His purpose will ripen fast

Unfolding every hour

The bud has a bitter taste

But sweet is the flower

Unbelief is sure to err

And see His work in vain

For God is the enterpreter

And He will make it plain
