I stand and stare as my children tick
their message gifting time
The safe door open, movements alive
their beats sound off in rhyme
All hands revolve to point the way
and celebrate new life
While one calls out to adorn my wrist
—and in my heart delights

Kurt,
Oh yes, I wish I could tick as fast as they can! They’re always ticking...as they’re walking, sitting, laying down...tick, tick, tick! I do have one rule in my home ! While we’re at the dinner table, no iPhones, iWatches, iPads, etc. to tick!
That’s the best I can do!
An enjoyable read!
~Laura~
A great rule indeed!
Thanks Laura
