Love, Hate, and Truth

The Ex Machina

Do you honestly

Think that you astonish me

When you walk around and act as if you're the boss of me

You're ice cold,

When you walk it's frost you leave

I rarely remember,

I forget the cost to be

With you,

Or how much it takes

You look around the room,

Pick up a vase

Running after me,

You stop five feet away

Aim it at my head,

I dodge, it breaks

Think I was mad before,

Well now my rage

Has me knocking down the door,

I start to chase

Finally pin you against the wall,

I start to shake,

I break from my rage,

All I say is,

I'll be back later,

I have to pray,

"God if I apologize now she'll refuse to stay"

And ask him,

"How can the one I love be the one I hate"
