When is it right to be tired?
After a hard day of work
After a day of doing nothing
Every form of tired has its little quirk…
How is tiredness best expressed?
There is no one way:
dazed
confused
slurs
gibberish
SHOUTING
*silence*
Why do people get tired?
Over-exertion of themselves
Sometimes people give too much causing fatigue.
Busy doing nothing, hording all for yourself.
Lethargy can come from a selfish heart, I believe.
How do you respond to your own tiredness?
Making space to rest, eat well, and get fresh air.
Doesn’t that make you feel more tired?
Sometimes.
Is it healthy
Yes.
All the time?
No.
So…
