No Longer Daddy's Girl

Gabriella

It was the last thing she wanted to hear

She had this fear it was crystal clear

It felt like a pistol through her body

It was from her daddy sadly she ran That man was no superman

She can still see him when she closes her eyes

Her love for him dies she cries till there's no tears left

Was it a test? She needs a bulletproof vest

This pain was no joke you broke her

She whispers for help

She wore her pain like war paint
