We Don’t Get to Choose

Keeya_3

How much louder do we need to yell for them to hear?

How many more tears?

How many more before they realize we’re going to drown?

And why is this allowed?

Makes you wonder if they’re stuck in the clouds.

Whatever it is they must be proud.

Proud enough to be blind at what’s below and forget about their seeds that need to grow.

Or maybe it was just for show,

we’ll never know.

Know what was suppose to be,

but It will always be agree to disagree.

And let’s not forget the beers that bring upon the fears.

You know, the ones that always bring back the tears?

There’s so much misery.

We can’t pass down this history.

There’s nothing to gain when giving this pain.

The one that no one should obtain.

The kind you would never ask for

Because it gives you chest pain

that you can’t ignore.

It makes you give up your roar

and scared of what’s next.

It happens when you never ask for more

and leaves you with long term effects.

Makes you feel like a object

and yell “what did I ever do!?”

And now nothing is ever correct.

So why did you?

You were meant to be the glue.

The glue that kept us from being blue and show us how to.

But this is long over due,

and too late when it’s finally true.
