Nature

Arianna Smith

Loud life takes a break as I wander through the calm forest of my mind. Let the chit chatter and silly banter cease to exist, for now is the time to sit quietly enjoying the tranquility of the beautiful wilderness.

my eyes absorb the green outside my windows ~
trees and shrubbery, alive and lush with spring ~
i acknowledge the sky's hazy, mellow
blush, and breathe its sunny disposition in...
my windows are large and allow me
to think that the glass isn't there;
when held by that spell-binding glory
i really could be anywhere.
