Daffodil Daisy

Jonathan Dylan

I'm gonna tell the world how my Daffodil Daisy grows,

With every breath that I breathe I love her,

I need never hide who I am to my flower girl,

She understands my heart and she keeps it pumping.

You can close your eyes Daffodil Daisy,

The morning sun rises just to meet you,

You can stay in my arms until it sets again,

A day with you means a lifetime of joy.

Dark clouds may form my Daffodil Daisy,

But with sunshine in your soul,

Those walls shall be broken down,

And with you my love, the dawn shall shine for ever more.
