Weightless I soar and careless I fall

R.E

Cold dark blue will touch the yellow horizon in seconds

That beautiful dying ember

the waters mirror reflecting the heavens

My heart racing down the berth

The filling of bare feet pushing off timber as it bends

I blow upward with the breeze and leave the earth

The mahogany wood that was supporting me sighs in the winds

The freedom of flying through the air

I'm loose like the wind playing in my hair

Weightless I soar and careless I fall

The sudden sensation of bursting into the waters shawl

Cold dark blue all around me so tender

The world drowns out and I am all there is left here

Slowly and peacefully I float up feeling better

Up at last I breathe it all in

The beautiful light is out

So I float in the darkness
