Low Point

Gabriela

The anxiety and depression is a real hard lesson. The feeling of gasping for air yet not having a care to die. It's scary yet peaceful but at times can be lethal.

I run from those who care because i fear my pain is too much for them to bare. Sometimes it happens for no reason, it's almost like it has it's own season. Nothing helps. Not pills, self harm, or sleep. All i can do is cry and ask why me?

How do you live with the feeling of wanting to live but die with no reason why? How do you express what's on your mind when the words are impossible to find?

To live or to die that is the question. When your mind is filled full of depression. It's a constant low point i cant escape. To one day be surrounded by yellow police tape.
