Limitless

jcquarious

Blank page before me; limitless blue skies abound

Floating above the clouds 15,000 ft above ground.

Beauty above, beauty below

Everything up here seems so fast

While life on ground seems slow and unknown.

Can't I stay up here forever? Dream among the clouds of white

Taking hold as the dreams take flight.

I do not care for the word below me;

What with all their labels and rushing insanities.

I find no peace when my feet are on the ground

My only solitude is from where only limitless skies are found.

    i really like this! it really reflects on everyone when they find a happy place in life and dont want to leave. but if you take that for granted it will be taken away for awhile
