Moving on

I want to move on from you,

I promise you I will really do. 

For some reason though,

I just can't seem to move on.

I am so in love with you,

and you don't even care,

but for some reason I still hold on,

and just end up hurting myself.

One day though,

I can feel it is coming soon,

I will wake up,

and my first thought won't be you.

    That's some real talk. Love's duality of joy and pain is a troubling dilemna, but it is necessary. Embrace it and appreciate the love you have for another person. If it is not received well by one, another will be grateful for the love you bring to the table.
