desert of weepless tears

lemons poetry

drop of water in the desert

oasis drink by camels

heat beating down on me

exposing the blood under the skin

the heat of the sand under my feet growing hotter

lizards scouring at me waiting for there pray to show

plants drying up and turning into dust

the rocks cracking under me

pleading with god to let the sky rain

but in a rainless land you cant expect an ocean.....

That friendly squirrel (in pic) won't stay depressed for ever! Nor will you hopefully!
