My imperfections

darknessrises

I’ve never done what was right

Never cared what I said

Feels like I’m on a midnight flight

To a place where I shall be dead.

This world has seen the darkest of me,

Because that’s all that’s left

My dreams I can’t see

My criminal record is mostly theft.

I belong in jail

Because of all my imperfections

My life is just a fail

I can’t even follow the simplest directions.

My drinking is out of control

I can’t even stop myself

My life has a big hole

Everyone says you should love thy self

But from a rope is where I shall hang.

These are my imperfections that will be the cost of me…

Don't think like that!regardless of what you have done or where you have been, there is a light.Jesus is waiting for you with arms open wide.He wants you to be with Him.I know you think that there is no way out. There is.Ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness and He will.He loves you,no matter what.He will change your life.Granted,it won't always be easy, but you will make it.Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. If you need a friend or someone to talk to,I'm here.Don't give up.

Hey, I like the way you wrote your piece. believe me. I know what it is like. I used to live that life. You say that you do not like it. You can always turn to Jesus. Believe me. He is the best answer. Again, your writing flows very well.
        Christ loves you.
        Persistence is key
